Just throw away your eyeshadow applicators.... Like NOW!

There's no way I can ease into this subject, so I'm going to give it to you directly.  The plastic eyeshadow applicators that come with drugstore eyeshadows are POINTLESS, IRRELEVANT and a HINDERANCE!!!! They all need to be confiscated, placed in one huge pile and BURNED!!  Lol. A bit extreme, yes I know, but it is that serious. 

I too fell victim to the eyeshadow applicators. Not realizing that they are the death of a flawless, well blended eye look. 

In order to have a well defined and blended eye look, makeup brushes are a NECESSITY!  Of course the high end brushes are fantastic, but you don't have to break your wallet to purchase them. There are plenty cheap brushes available, they do a pretty good job for eyeshadow application. Elf professional brushes are only $3 a piece.Sonia Kashuk (found at Target) and Eco tools are affordable as well; just to name a few. I behoove you to make an investment in makeup brushes and stop using those plastic applicators all together!

In, the above pictures a plastic eyeshadow applicator was used to create this quick eye look... The eyeshadow looks caked on and has too many obvious harsh lines..... Ewwwwww 

In the above pictures, make up brushes were used to create this quick eye look. Notice the difference!?  I hope you do! The eyeshadow looks well blended, there are no harsh lines, and the shadow is diffused evenly and neatly across the eye. Makeup brushes are the key to having  a flawless look!! 

The amazing things a blending/crease brush and a eyeshadow brush can do for makeup application. 

Do yourself a favor and say no to eyeshadow applicators!
